With regard to UFO sightings, this contradicts the logical assumption that the U.S. military would never operate secret aircraft over large cities.

If the Pentagon is training with black choppers over LA, you have to wonder what else is being flown over metro areas. UFO lore is rife with examples of sightings over cities and towns, beginning with the Washington, D.C. saucers of 1952.
